6. Payment terms

- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
6.2 Billing
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.

- Late payments may result in service suspension.
6.3 Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months.
- Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refunds available within 30 days.
- No refunds for consumed services or processed documents.

- Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
7.2 Support
- Email support is available on all paid plans.
- Priority support on Professional and above.
- Enterprise plans include dedicated support.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Konobase harmless from claims arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination

- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You may request a data export before cancellation.

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- We may discontinue the service with 90 days’ notice.
- Severe violations may result in immediate termination.
